Unfortunately, no! This cooperation only works in such a way that both nutrition and training plans are included and that you adhere to both plans as much as possible. According to my personal experience, this is the only way for optimal long-term results.
◉I don't train in the gym, is this collaboration for me?
Yes, this collaboration is for you too! A lot of clients who went through the cooperation were limited with equipment or without it at all, and we still achieved excellent results. Consistency and desire to change is the key to results!
◉Is this collaboration for women?
Yes, absolutely! This collaboration is for women as much as for men. All goals are maximally adapted to the individual!
◉I'm not sure about doing all the exercises, how does it work?
No problem, even many previous clients didn't know how to perform certain exercises at first, so we got into great shape anyway. You record each exercise, especially those you are unsure of, and we polish it to optimal form through a couple of training sessions!
◉I'm a beginner and have never trained - is this collaboration for me?
Yes, this collaboration is for you! Each program is individualized and adapted to the person, and if you are a beginner, you will receive an adequate training and program just for you and your training experience.
